My heart ached as I watched the oil spill touch so many of these birds.  A great big thank you to all the people who traveled to the coast to clean and care for so many of them.

I live in a condo and it’s on the edge of a marsh so I have lots of birds come to my feeder. I also have other animals.  I’ve seen fox, pheasants, raccoons, squirrels, and of course deer. On this particular day I was startled when I saw this 10 point buck chomping away at the cylinder of bird seed.  Fortunately I had my camera handy and got this shot. (Maybe that’s not the best way to word it… fortunately for me and the buck it was a shot with my Olympus. Check out a few more pictures I got that.
